第４回IR(カジノを含む統合型リゾート）発案部会
４月６日に日本教育会館で勉強会が開かれた。
１）東北地方太平洋沖地震 復興型カジノの創設
カジノ オーストリア 日本代表 木村慶一氏
２）地方都市におけるカジノ（IR)具体化への道筋
特定非営利活動法人日本PFI・PPP協会
理事長 植田和男氏
未曾有の震災の復興にカジノはツールとして活用できる。
スイスのチューリッヒの国際空港はカジノを取り入れての街づくりの核になる計画。
を、木村慶一氏が話し、植田氏はカジノ議連の計画だと地方都市にカジノが出来るは
１０年かかるので、地域通貨の有効利用としてカジノを考えてみたい。と言う主旨であった。
１０年カジノ議連が取り組み未だ結果の出ないカジノ論議にPFI協会が、街の活性化対策に
カジノを活用したい。と言う時代の流れが生まれたことが今回の収穫であった。
どうなることやらお楽しみである。
