日本再生戦略・・。

政府が出した日本再生戦略であるが、読んでいてバラ色が見えてこない。
咲くはずの蕾が栄養失調が水不足なのか解らないが花開く前にしぼんでしまうのではと言う読後感である。

民主党のマニフェストを見て、「本当に出来るの。やれるの。ウソでしょう。でもやらせてみたら面白い」と、ギャンブル感覚・ゲーム感覚それとも出来なくてもだえ苦しむ姿見たさに投票にも行かずに高みの見物をしていた。
今や、はずれ馬券か宝くじの束を見てがっくり・がっかり・息も絶えだえ。

国が予算を組み声高らかに再生を叫ぶが、復興予算を余したようにソフトを置き忘れただ叫んでも好景気は生まれない。

それに比べて、カジノは民間業者が金を出し、国際観光産業を高め地域経済に寄与すると言っているのに、未だ政府も議員も覇気が無い。

当分は高みの見物だろうか。
それとも民主の「さいごっぺ」としてカジノを通すだろうか見ものだ。

１０年間の想いの総括の様なコメントを有難うございます。

日本のカジノモデルが、マカオ・シンガポールでは、どこか噛み合わないイマージが付いて回っていましたが、両者の歴史・経済的環境の背景をズバッと指摘されたので、まことその通り。と思います。

石原知事が、１０年前お台場構想を提案した頃と、国際カジノ環境はガラッと変わりました。
変らなかったのは、経済人・政治家の頭の中。
マカオ・シンガポールをモデルにどこに造ろうと考えているのだろうかと、もし造ってもインパクトに欠けたサルまねの様なカジノの登場で、ハイローラーのカジノ好きからは、そっぽを向かれるような状況になる危惧が感じられます。

カジノの持つ魅力を生かし健康に誘うと言う試みは、世界で一つ。
これから高齢者・生活習慣病者で介護・医療費で苦しみ出す国に先駆けて、カジノ健康モデルを披露するのも面白いと考えて来ましたが、今回カッシーノさんから過分な評価を頂き、嬉しく思います。

日本のカジノ関係者は全て勉強不足!
世に陰と陽があるように、カジノも経営者次第で
は善にも悪にもなる。マカオやシンガポールがラスベガスを超えた陰にはそれなりの歴史や戦略がある。ポルトガルの植民地だったマカオは、1847 年にカジノを合法化。マカオのカジノは約160 年の歴史を誇る。シンガポールは国全体が特区のようになっている。バイオメディカルの研究開発拠点となる「バイオポリス」を3000億円を投じるなど、他にも金融や観光特区などの様々な環境を踏まえた上でカジノを実現させた。我が国のカジノ構想はそれらの環境とは全く異なった状況下の中で実現されなければならないハズが、皆一様にシンガポールやマカオが日本のカジノモデルだと主張していること事態が極めてナンセンスである。
その中で「日本カジノ健康保養学会」の中西代表が提言されているドイツのバーデンバーデン
をモデルとした「健康と保養のカジノ構想」こそ我国第一号のカジノとして実現すべきである。それによりカジノに対する国民意識が大きく変わると思われる。
