ラゾン社長のカジノ戦略は如何に・・・。

港湾事業で「港湾王」と日経に紹介されたフィリピンのラゾン社長。
記事の後ほどに「ラゾン社長がマニラ湾岸に昨年開いた巨大カジノリゾートは、中国人らの富裕層で賑わう。開業式典ではアキノ大統領との蜜月ぶりを周囲に振りまいた」と紹介されている。
港湾王のカジノ戦略は・・・。
その内に遡上に載って来るのだろう。

日本のカジノは、全国で10ヶ所。
当初は数か所。
東京・大阪・沖縄、そしてハウステンボス。 
多分この4か所はすでに業者が決まり水面下で着々と許可に向けて動いているだろう。

日本のカジノ法案がいよいよ動き始めてこれまで静観していたそれなりの業者が参入を
考えた時には、大きな事業規模のカジノには一寸の隙もないほど既存業者にガードされているだろう。
すると残るは、地方の小規模のカジノとなる。
これまで、東京・大阪ばかりに話題が集中して地方は無視されていた状況であったが、残りの6か所。
今後カジノに参入しとうと思うと6か所しかない。
この6か所がどのようなタイプになるのかを考えるとおのずと候補地が絞り込める。

出遅れたカジノ業者は、東京・大阪に食い込んでいるカジノ業者をぶっとばすほどの資金とアイディアがいる。
それと、地方の活性化を呼びもどすアイディアと地方の合意形成を早急に推し進めなければならない。
これまで活動してきた全国カジノ誘致協議会の候補地。
新たに参入を表明している成田空港カジノ・横浜・泉佐野・小樽など数少ない椅子を巡って熾烈な戦いの幕が切って落とされようとしている。

このような中にラゾン氏もまた首を突っ込むのだろうか。
